Don Germán is the founder and driving force behind the Don Germán Network and the host of Cafecitos con Don Germán TV. Originally from Colombia and with more than 25 years of experience in public television, he has dedicated his career to connecting people through stories, culture, and community.

His vision for Don Germán was born during a visit to Willow Springs International Raceway in California, where he and motorsports enthusiast Chesman began exploring new ways to introduce coffee into unique environments beyond traditional cafés. What started as a conversation at a racetrack evolved into a bold mission: to position coffee as a cultural experience and create new opportunities for coffee producers, entrepreneurs, and brands.
